If the clientele prefers a numbing cream to help ease the pain of line work as well, we are happy to make recommendations that best fit you and guide you through the application process before coming to your appointment.
age Requirements
We refrain from tattooing minors. We appreciate your understanding and prefer to support you in disappointing your parents once you are 18 and older.
piercing
Notorious does not provide piercings however, happy to recommend Bevel & Gold. Their piercer is incredible, just as cleanly, kind hearted, fun and professional as we strive to be here at Notorious. If you have further inquiries we are here to point you in the right direction.
